Jonathan Cameron-Hayes, is CEO at Calidus. He has been involved in real estate in the United States since 1983. In 1995, he became a managing partner and assembled a 2 million square feet portfolio of office and residential buildings in the Southeast United States financed by Wall Street institutional firms. In 2011, Calidus was formed to acquire and manage office, student housing and self-storage properties. Mr. Cameron-Hayes was educated in the United Kingdom and holds a Master in Economics and Politics from York University. Prior to entering the real estate business, he had been an officer in the British military. He currently resides in Wellington, Florida and engages in numerous philanthropic activities in the local community, and together with his wife is very involved with equestrian activities.
Frank Miller licensed CPA in the State of Florida with more than 35 years of experience in real estate, construction and banking. Frank began his accounting career with Coopers & Lybrand working out of their West Palm office. After 8 years at Coopers & Lybrand, Frank began working with Calidus as a controller and eventually worked his way to Chief Financial Officer. As CFO of Calidus he was responsible for the accounting of all assets under management and Wall Street level reporting to servicers on Calidus’ CMBS loans. In addition, Frank oversaw the tax compliance for a portfolio of nearly 3 million square feet of commercial property. Frank earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. He is a member of the Florida and American Institutes of Certified Public Accountants.
Traci Garner is a Property Manager at Calidus and is responsible for tenant relations and building matters, as well as capital improvement projects. Traci relocated to Florida in 2014 and joined the Calidus team in 2015. She has an associate degree in Business Marketing Management, from East Mississippi Community College. Prior to joining the Calidus team, Traci was an Office Manager for 8 years, gaining valuable experience in the insurance industry. Traci enjoys spending time with her family and stays active whilst engaging in outdoor activities.
Oliver Cameron-Hayes is President at Calidus. He is responsible for corporate operations and deal structuring and has specialized in student housing and multifamily projects throughout the past several years. The Cameron-Hayes family formed the Calidus platform in late 2011. Before that, Mr. Cameron-Hayes worked in the Valuation & Advisory department of Cushman & Wakefield in Germany. Oliver is fluent in both German and English. He was born in the US and educated in Europe. Oliver competes at national level athletic contests and is involved with local philanthropic activities. Furthermore, Mr. Cameron-Hayes is a licensed pilot and holds a Master of Science from Maastricht University.
Jennifer Baer is Office and Staff Manager at Calidus and is responsible for overseeing administration, as well as work load and project delegation. Jennifer was born in Ohio and relocated to Florida in 2011 where she earned her Bachelor in Supervision and Management from Palm Beach State College. Before joining the Calidus Team in 2016, Jennifer worked primarily in Sales and Customer Service. Jennifer is involved in local philanthropic activities and enjoys spending time with her family.
Carla Saunders is an Accountant at Calidus with a main focus on student housing portfolios. She also conducts operational quality controls for the business ensuring that projects are carried out as planned. Before joining the Calidus Team in 2018, Carla gained valuable experience working in the healthcare and technology industries. She is the owner of an event planning and design company, motivational speaker and a published author. Carla is honored to volunteer her assistance with several non-profit organizations.
