Jonathan Cameron-Hayes, is CEO at Calidus. He has been involved in real estate in the United States since 1983. In 1995, he co-founded and assembled a 2.5 million square feet portfolio of office and residential buildings in the Southeast United States financed by Wall Street institutional firms.
In 2011, Calidus was formed to acquire and manage office, student housing and self-storage properties. Jonathan was educated in the United Kingdom and holds a Master in Economics and Politics from York University.
Prior to entering the real estate business, he had been an officer in the British military. He currently resides in Wellington, Florida and engages in numerous philanthropic activities in the local community, and together with his wife is very involved with equestrian activities.
