CollegeTown Properties has arranged the sale of three student housing properties near Clemson University in South Carolina.
The properties were acquired by Calidus Holdings, and include The Estate Clemson and two undisclosed properties totaling 140 beds. Chase Lawrence of CollegeTown Properties brokered the transaction. The seller and sale’s price were undisclosed. CollegeTown Properties will manage the communities.
