Laura Signoretti

Prior to working for Calidus, Laura spent 10 years working in the hospitality sector  as a General Manager for boutique-style Hotels in the Southeast. Here she gained valuable experience by managing a diverse team, as well as refining her customer relationship skills. In 2019 she was hired to successfully rebrand and improve the management for the Clemson Living Portfolio. 

During her tenureship, Ms. Signoretti increased tenant satisfaction dramatically whilst raising rents by 15% at full occupancy. Upon the sale of the portfolio, Laura transitioned into a regional management position at Calidus, where supervises the current Real Estate portfolio and assists in the acquisition and disposotion processes.

Laura remains a member of the Clemson Young Professionals group, through the Clemson Area Chamber of Commerce, and was named Young Professional of the Year in 2015.

Ms. Signoretti holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Administration.
