Former Bank of America Bank branch sells to Florida group

203 Pacolet Street has been sold to a group from Palm Beach, FL. The building is currently occupied by Andwin Corp and this will not change for several more years.

We have owned significant properties in the Greenville market and we look forward to being a part of Tryon’s community for many years” said Jonathan Cameron-Hayes, CEO of Calidus Holdings, who spends time with the equestrian community in Wellington, FL and in the Tryon area. “We will patiently wait to see how this property can be positioned into the Town’s plans to grow and develop.”
